Tai Ji Quan (fundamentally)

Tai ji quan is a current name for a discipline a Buddhist monk originated in China about fifteen centuries ago after trekking across the Himalayas and west to Persia and back along the Silk Road.

Now, as then, it serves three main purposes, but now many of its practitioners doubt the relevance of the monk and the relationship between the purposes, and many writers impose their pretentions into their presentations of the discipline.

This book is an effort to present with no distracting opinions the common denominators of history and writing and practice that any conscientious student of tai ji quan will eventually learn.
